User Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data that amarAI ("the Service", operated by Creative Collective LLC) holds about you at any time. This page explains how to make a request and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hi@amarai.mn with the subject line "Data deletion request" and let us know that you would like your data removed. To help us find and verify your records, please send the email from the address linked to your account (where possible) and include:

• your name;
• the email address and/or phone number associated with your amarAI account;
• the Facebook Page or Instagram account connected to amarAI, if applicable.

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and confirm the account or data involved. We will delete the relevant personal data from our active systems, usually within 30 days, and let you know by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

Deletion covers the personal data amarAI stores on your behalf, such as your account details and the messages and contact information processed through the Service.

Please note we may need to retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or a lawful basis to do so — for example, records required for accounting, fraud prevention, or to comply with applicable law. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
